If a product offered by Diamond Direct Buy is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Certification Disclaimer There are many Labs certifying Diamonds: GIA, EGL and, EGL-USA, HRD, IGI etc. IF the "center" Diamond you have chosen to purchase comes with a grading report other then GIA  there are a few details you need to be aware of.  EGL Europe Diamond Grading Report or EGL in Hong Kong, HRD, IGI , AGS are ALL different to GIA Grading used in USA.

GIA has the opinion of being most consistent and stricter on grading color and clarity then any other lab out there. Therefore, if your diamond/ring graded by any other company is sent to or taken to a GIA certified Gemologist for a evaluation or appraisal Buyer understands the grading variation exists and is to be expected they will differ since this is not a GIA certified center Diamond, nor is it priced as such. Diamond Direct Buy role in this transaction is as "BROKER"- Private Jeweler, manufacturing and selling the ring as a "finished product".

Diamond Direct Buy acknowledges there is a difference of "OPINION" between the ALL Labs as Diamond Grading is not a objective measurement done by a machine or equipment, but a "subjective opinion" of the Laboratory Grading the diamond at that time. It varies based on experience of the gemologist and  equipment used.

APPRAISALS  Appraisals are also only the "opinion" of ONE person which will vary depending on where you go the person’s Gemological education, equipment used, lighting, and overall experience. It is not the actual VALUE you can expect to sell the item for, it is mainly for insurance. Buyer accepts that the purchase price is based on the acquisition cost of the center and the mounting manufacture or acquisition cost, which includes the discount for the grading variation with the mutual understanding the diamond is sold based on the certification and their grading system THAT LAB USES , which may not equal to GIA by various color and clarity.

By completing this purchase you acknowledge that you are aware of the differences between the labs and accept the grading as such being "As Is". If you prefer a GIA Certified diamond I am happy offer options which are considerably more expensive. The buyer will NOT hold Diamond Direct Buy Liable for any claims made by the Laboratory certifying the Center diamond purchased at this time. Buyer waives any right to seek any legal action or compensation when choosing to purchase a Diamond from Diamond Direct Buy or Anna D'Franco as owner. Please have a 3rd party verification/appraisal done within the 7 days inspection period,  and if unhappy for any reason return the item for a refund or exchange only.
